One key technology we offer at ClarifEye Family Eyecare is the optomap, which captures a panoramic image of your eye’s interior. We use this technology for adult and kids eye exams. It provides several benefits, including:
- Early disease detection: Optomap helps Dr. Grigg detect issues like glaucoma or macular degeneration before vision loss occurs.
- Yearly monitoring: We take optomap images annually, allowing Dr. Grigg to monitor for subtle changes.
- No dilation: Optomap takes high-resolution, wide-field digital images of the retina without the need for dilating eye drops.
- Painless and fast: Optomap is quick, comfortable, and safe.
Many eye diseases can lead to vision loss, and progress with little to no symptoms, so early detection is crucial. Optomap empowers our team to identify potential problems early when treatment is most effective.

Cancellation No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be flexible while respecting the time of our patients and staff. Please read and acknowledge our policy below:
Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged a $25 no-show fee. After repeated no-shows, future appointments may require a deposit.
