Eyewear Only Plan
Perfect for those who only have coverage for their eye exams.
- Includes refraction (measurement of your prescription)
- 30% off prescription eyewear

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy Plan
Intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy is a treatment for dry eye symptoms. This package includes:
- All 4 IPL sessions (valued at $1550)
- A dry eye & IPL kit (lubricating eye drops, sunscreen, makeup wipes, hot compress, and more)
Cost: $125/month or $1,250/year
IPL Touch-Up Plan
For patients who have already completed their full IPL treatment plan:
- Includes 2 IPL treatments throughout the year
- Additional treatments are available at 25% off
Cost: $60/month or $600/year
Neurolens Plan
Neurolens is an innovative lens design that helps align your eyes, reducing strain and related symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, and neck pain:
- Includes single vision Neurolenses in plastic, polycarbonate, or trivex material
- Includes Black Clover brand frame
- Upgrades available (lens styles, blue light blocking, sun-reactive lenses, etc., with additional fees)
Cost: $60/month* or $719/year
*This plan has a one-time activation fee for monthly payments.
